I. The AI Agency Terms (The Auto Client)

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

If you are a purchaser of an offer from The Auto Client, you are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Upon approval, your full one-time payment for The AI Agency will be refunded, and your access will be revoked.

Exclusions:

This money-back guarantee does not apply to any subscription products, such as AI Employee.

You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any proprietary content included in The Auto Client Agency without explicit written permission from The Auto Client.

Governing Law & Amendments

This agreement for The AI Agency shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any amendments or updates to these terms will be communicated and will govern your continued access.

Payment and Renewal

You authorize automatic recurring charges via the payment method provided. In the event that you joined during a promotional trial period, the regular monthly fee will be charged upon the trial’s completion.

If timely payments are not made, your access to The Auto Client tools may be restricted or revoked until your account is brought current. Continued nonpayment may result in permanent cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Membership Cancellation,” including your name, email address, and cancellation confirmation.

Cancellation requests must be made more than 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.

Requests made less than 24 hours prior, or after a charge has been processed, will result in cancellation effective the following month.

Refund Policy

The Auto Client subscriptions may offer a 30-day trial period at times; however, unless specifically stated, refunds are not available after this period.

Changing your mind, not achieving the desired results, or failing to fully engage with the content does not entitle you to a refund.

Access and Confidentiality

You agree not to share or distribute any proprietary information contained within The Auto Client platforms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Auto Client does not give guarantees any specific results. All materials and strategies are provided “as is” without any warranty, expressed or implied. The Auto Client is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of these services.
